Do Barter offers 3 ways to get answers. The best way is of course is to post your question here. That way other members can benefit from your question and the answers and there is little chance of the question getting sent to junk mail or being received as a scrambled message on a answering machine.
Second is to send an email to bobbi@vallnet.com or mail@webdesignab.com Third is call the help line at 1-931-227-HELP (4357) keeping in mind the phone is manned Mon thru Thursday from 7 am to 4 pm Central Time and Fridays from 7 am to noon.
Do Keep in mind this is not a 24 hour hotline and the returned call may coming from another number depending on where Bobbi is working from on any given day! Also if you do not get a response within 24 (business hours) please don’t hesitate to email or call back!
